Our Pet Food Delivery service is second to none and easy to use. To order, simply click on login and enter your login details, or sign up as a new customer. Once you have done this you can browse our website for the products you would like to order and add them to your cart. Provide a credit card/debit card number on the payment screen and your order will be processed.  If you are uncertain of your area code or delivery day or need an ETA please contact us on 0800 PET FOOD between 9am and 2pm and we will happily help.

Important information:  The order cut off time for frozen deliveries is 10am two business days prior to delivery. You must be available to receive your delivery from 7am to 5pm, or provide special instructions on where your goods can be left if you are not home.

Deliveries to Depots:  If needed, you can request that your frozen food only order is delivered to the freight company depot for collection. If you choose to do this, you must call ahead to make sure your order is ready for collection before arriving at the depot. Individual depot contact details are below.
