Our Ivory Coat foods are high in protein and are highly digestible so you may find our guides lower compared to other brands. Our feeding guides are intended to be a guide only, as feeding intake can vary depending on age, weight, breed and activity level so you may find your pet needs more or less than what we suggest. We always recommend that if you are unsure that you consult your trusted veterinarian.
This food is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO for the maintenance of adult cats.
Kittens under 12 months of age and pregnant or lactating queens have different nutritional requirements and are best fed Ivory Coat Kitten food.
It is important when introducing your companion to our food for the first time, to introduce slowly over a period of 5-7 days, as it can take this time for your companion to adjust to the new nutrient levels.
Mix with your existing food, gradually increasing the amount of Ivory Coat food each day.
Always ensure plenty of clean fresh water is available to your companion.
